I've been a builder since before I had a word for it. As a kid I'd put on a CD & get lost in everything behind it: the sound, the credits, the engineering, & the business of how an artist gets funded.

In college my mother lost her job, so I went to work. The mantra hasn't changed since: build a good name.

Climbing gyms gave me the operational rigor. I started at the front desk in January 2022 & rose to Operations Manager, writing the SOPs & onboarding the organization didn't have. I brought the same systems to a second facility. The revenue moved, but the South Florida climbing community means more to me.

The creative work sits on the same scaffolding. Both answer one question: how does this feel for the person living inside it?
