DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@christaphur.com. We will verify the issue and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a resolution. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Consulting services offered through C. Reign LLC d/b/a REIGN are governed by separate service agreements. These terms do not constitute a service agreement. Scope, deliverables, & payment terms are defined in individual engagements.
